Tucked away at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, Moscari, this charming 200-year-old Mallorcan finca invites you to slow down and enjoy the quiet beauty of country life. Surrounded by lavender, rosemary, and almond trees, it’s a welcoming family home, lovingly refurbished to preserve its original character.

The home features two double bedrooms, with an extra bed in one room for a fifth guest, and one upstairs bathroom. A sunny open kitchen with a dining area and fireplace offers space to gather, while the cosy living room has its own fireplace.

Outside, a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a saltwater pool set the scene for leisurely meals and relaxing afternoons. The garden is home to a small vegetable patch, a few happy chickens, and quiet corners to sit back and unwind.

Traditional thick stone walls help keep the interiors cool during summer, with fans provided in every room. The house has no air conditioning.

The house is not suitable for small children, as the pool is unfenced and the indoor staircase has no railing. The bathroom is upstairs, so please consider this if stairs are an issue.

As part of the countryside setting, the surrounding plants attract butterflies, bees, wasps, and other insects around the terraces and pool.

Moscari village is a 10-minute walk away, with Selva, Caimari, Binibona, and Campanet nearby. The finca is well placed for exploring the Tramuntana mountains.
