Tucked away at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, our Mallorcan finca invites you to slow down and enjoy the quiet beauty of country life. Surrounded by lavender, rosemary, and almond trees, it’s a place for peaceful mornings, afternoons by the pool, and time spent outdoors.

The Space

Traditional thick stone walls help keep the interiors cool during warm summer days, while fans in every room provide additional comfort. The house has no air conditioning.

Outside, the garden is home to a small vegetable patch, a few happy chickens, and quiet corners where you can sit back and relax. The terraces and pool offer space to enjoy the sunshine, read a book, or simply take in the surrounding greenery.

The house is not suitable for small children, as the pool is unfenced and the indoor staircase has no railing. The bathroom is on the second floor, so please consider this if stairs are an issue.

As part of the countryside setting, the flowers and plants attract butterflies, bees, wasps, and other insects, which may be present around the terraces and pool. Homemade smudge sticks are available to help discourage insects.
